Took (S-F) less than 5 minutes to remove the previous seat and install the new Kohler K-4636-0 Simple install directions are located on the outside of the box. One thing to note, if the elongated seat doesn't fit securely as expected you would need to reverse the black lock clips (installed onto the toilet) which the seat connects to, once rotated this will correct the seat sturdiness preventing it from sliding.Cimarron Comfort Toilets Elongated Toilet Seat
Keep in mind that the clips are plastic so when removing for clean, I recommend to slowly wiggle the seat off then pull or yank, as that could snap the toilet seat clamping mechanism. Did not break mine, noticed it looked that if it was pulled off quickly you could possibly snap the clamp, though I'm sure Kohler would replace the mechanism or seat if under warranty.
